I’m Lizabeth.
Prior to spending over 30 years in various educational roles, I received a B.A. from Grove City College in Pennsylvania and a M.Ed. from The College of Charleston in South Carolina. I taught a range of students in a variety of educational settings for nearly 20 years including 10 years in middle school.
Noticing the resiliency of children and the stress levels of parents, my desire to help parents originated right where I was – a teacher in the classroom. From book one, which solely focuses on middle school parents, to now 15 books , my authorship collection addresses a range of parental topics for all ages such as gossiping, relationships, death, and happiness, I wrote a parenting column and have been interviewed on a variety of platforms. I present at conferences, offer an online parent support group, and paint incorporating the Universal Truths that guide my life.

For the past 20 years, I have been a student of spiritual works and healing methods that include Reiki, Akashic Records, Yoga, and BioQuantum technology.
